Buell Elligett Farrior & Faircloth, P.A.has represented clients in appeals in all of Florida’s appellate courts (six district courts of appeal and the Florida Supreme Court), and in federal appellate courts including the Eleventh Circuit, which hears most federal appeals from Florida.

Tom Elligett is Board Certified in Appellate Practice and the firm’s three lawyers have often been retained to assist in pre- and post-trial matters as co-counsel, providing trial support in cases involving novel or complex issues.
